Adding rounds to Pyramid?

Currently, I just run a separate second game with different topics/questions, but it's starting to become an annoyance to have to close out and restart the game over. Is there a way I am able to just add more rounds onto the template?

Unfortunately, there is no easy way for you to add additional rounds to the current version of Pyramid. It is programmatically set based off the TV show which is 2 rounds of 6 categories, followed by a Winner's Circle after each round.
