You can change the winning sound by locating the shape that the winning sound is attached to using the Selection Pane. Find it, and then change the sound through Action Settings.

The clock is running smoothly, your machine unfortunately isn't processing the game as smoothly. What the clock is doing, is running a timer based off your pc's clock, and updates the text that you see on the screen every second. Since it could take longer than a second, it may skip a number, but it's still keeping the correct time.
