MINI ROULETTE - Revised version

Thanks to the feedback and comments I received from the 9th PPC Challenge, I have now revised the Mini Roulette game.

The main changes are:

• A new set of instructions that appear 1 by 1 instead of all being scrunched onto one slide.
  
• Brand new wheel-spinning mechanics with a randomiser that selects one of 13 individual and different wheel spins and ball landings - also with new sound effects.

Wow . Nicely updated the instructions slide. Now anyone can understand easily. 
i think you can add a bit more by disappearing every other instruction  when click on a certain instruction. cause what happened was when i clicked the second instruction , it overlapped on the first and had to click on first one again to disappear it. thats all.
