RANDOM SPINNING ARROW Empty RANDOM SPINNING ARROW

After posting my 'mystery' query on why a spinning arrow seemed not to work properly HERE - and working with Rusnakcreative's suggestions, I think the mystery is now (somewhat) solved.

At least I've been able to make a spinner that is virtually random and also produce a tutorial on how to make one. (Thanks Mike!)
