How to make a Tic Tac Toe / Noughts & Crosses game - without VBA

As usual, it's vba-less and shows the basic game with a reset slide, a version that you can add scores to (without the scores being reset by a reset slide) and a variation with coloured blocks rather than Xs and Os.
