Memory Leak? PowerPoint VBA Inconsistency

Greetings!
So I managed to get a fully-functional system of movement and position detection working in PowerPoint, but for some reason it seems inconsistent and glitchy. I cannot for the life of me figure out why it's behaving in this way, so please help!
