PowerPoint Animation Technique Quiz:

Anybody else know how to make a spinning wheel in PowerPoint that accelerates and decelerates smoothly when started and stopped on the click of an external trigger, but also how to stop the trigger from glitching the wheel to full speed and-or to an immediate hault, complete with speed-aware pitch-based spinning-audio?
