My ROG laptop almost crashed trying to run this, so Imma pass on this one.

My PC didn't like it much either. It took a while to load, the animation started 3/4 of the way through but then looped ok. It was difficult to exit from. 'Esc' key didn't work so I had to ctrl-alt-delete to shut down PPT.

I think my graphics card is the built-in Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630 which may explain things.

Hmm.  I guess my machine is less "Entry-Level" than I told my mom it was when she asked me for a "verbal specs-sheet."
